Events & Marketing Lead/Advisor (Permanent)
The Events & Marketing Lead/Advisor plans, coordinates and promotes activities to support ECC. The role focuses on strategic marketing, communication channels (including member communications), and the delivery of ECC events — particularly the national conference.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working collaboratively to ensure member services are delivered professionally at all times (including providing back-up support when required)
- Responding to member enquiries regarding events
- Supporting event planning, delivery and post-event evaluation
- Reporting on satisfaction levels and event outcomes
- Leading the planning and delivery of the national conference
- Liaising with suppliers to maintain strong operational relationships and ensure accurate promotional information
While the role carries clear accountabilities, all team members contribute to delivering services to members. The Events & Marketing Lead/Advisor is not expected to work directly with Executive Committee members (unless they are directly involved in ECC events).
