It’s Our Birthday – Celebrate With Us!
NZSAE is turning one, and we’d love for you to be part of the celebration.
Over the past year, we’ve brought together association professionals from across Aotearoa to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the incredible organisations they lead. As suppliers to this vital sector, you’ve played an important role in making that happen — and now, we want to celebrate with you.
On Friday 17 October 2025, we’re hosting a relaxed, drop-in style birthday lunch at the Southern Cross in Wellington from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
It’s not a tradeshow or a formal function — it’s a chance to gather, share kai, and recognise the impact of associations in New Zealand.
We’re inviting suppliers to join us and help host the lunch by shouting a meal or two for the association professionals. In return, you’ll be part of a meaningful, face-to-face opportunity to reconnect with association leaders — the people who are shaping communities, professions, and industries across New Zealand.
This is your chance to:
- Celebrate a milestone for NZSAE and the wider sector
- Be visible as a supporter of associations in Aotearoa
- Build new relationships and reconnect with existing clients in a warm, low-pressure setting
- Join conversations happening on the day about membership, events, advocacy, and the future of associations
How Supplier Participation Works
To take part, we ask that you:

Sponsor two or more Association Executive lunches ($120 each – minimum $360)

Attend the lunch yourself

Bring along a spot prize to give away during the afternoon
Once you register, we’ll be in touch to confirm your place and, in consultation with you, we’ll assign your name to the complimentary lunch registrations — so our guests know who made their lunch possible.
Association executives can come for 30 minutes or stay for the whole afternoon — it’s a celebration, not a schedule.
All suppliers who work with associations are welcome, and we’d be proud to have you by our side as we toast to a fantastic first year.
